LATE NIGHTS

In LATE NIGHTS, A/S revisits a recurring theme—the exploration of isolation—through the image of a solitary car on an empty street that stretches endlessly into the distance. Deep, saturated blues wash over the scene, evoking tranquility and calm yet hinting at a subtle sense of the unknown. This composition captures the essence of solitude, inviting viewers to reflect on the quiet beauty and inherent mystery of being alone. The Artist reveals about the inspiration behind this piece saying: “I feel the reason so many people connect with this painting or are drawn to it, is because it’s something I think everyone has experienced at one point or another --that feeling of being on the open road, late at night, just you and your thoughts. There is something comforting about that type of isolation.”
